as a person with chronic pain throughout my body, i can sing the virtues of cranial sacral therapy from the rooftops. it is unlike any other form of pain relief and aids the relaxation of both the mind and body. durga menon introduced me to the therapy and very quickly my sessions with her became a much looked forward to part of my weekly routine. i am sure it gives different feelings and responses to all those who try it because everyone is individual and unique, however, for me it was the sense of floating and leaving my painful body behind whilst i relaxed above it. i know it may sound strange but that was my experience. afterwards i would feel very relaxed and sleepy and would always have a good night sleep following the treatment. my pain would be less over the next few days but i was always ready for my next treatment, knowing the fresh relief it would bring
