bayside swim schools exist to teach children confidence, self esteem and how to swim; making swimming lessons more accessible and affordable for families. ◾we want children to have the same coaches week in, week out because trust and consistency is important. ◾we want families to feel welcome, consulted and involved in their child’s development. ◾we want to provide personalised coaching to bring out their best in each lesson. with these aims in mind, we partner with the school, p&c and the swim club to provide a schedule of lessons, stroke correction and squad for swimmers of all levels. through small class sizes and the same coaches week in, week out; we focus on individual attention and care, carefully staged development and just the right balance of challenge and support.
