help us create a safe space for local women and children in south-eastern sydney opening early 2018. bayside women’s shelter a place of safety, respite, and healing for survivors of domestic violence to rebuild their lives. provides a safe refuge for women to achieve safety, space for women to emotionally and psychologically ‘catch their breath’, support for women to plan a way forward, connect women to support services who will walk alongside them on their journey of recovery, rebuilding, and healing. our shelter is: an organisation of qualified professionals working with the local community to offer support to women and children seeking safety from abuse and violence. the service provides safe, temporary supported accommodation (up to 3 months) for women and children in times of crises such as homelessness and escaping domestic violence. bayside women's shelter will assist women and their children to find long-term housing. services include: access to counselling, medical help
