baz fitness is emulating the personal training experience of being in the australian army and making it accessible to all companies. we take teams of employees for outdoor circuits as part of the work day to help increase teamwork, wellbeing and work/life balance. having spent over 20 years in the army collectively, we know that exercise in a team environment makes for a more effective workplace. the old saying "if you want something done, give it to a busy person" is true, productivity begets productivity. a productive (exercise) morning will lead to a productive (work) day. the army has been doing morning pt for years, keeping our soldiers at their best physically, but also mentally. adapt this to any company, and the formula remains strong. ticking all the boxes of excuses for not exercising: "i don't have time" - exercise during the work day, it's only an hour.
