bb list is the online marketplace for used professional film and tv equipment. bb list or 'bazza's bazaar' as it used to be known was the brainchild of barrie a.b. white a location sound mixer in film & tv. the first bb list was published in 1993, it was just a single sheet of a4, it soon grew and became a booklet that was published four times a year and mailed to hundreds of industry professionals. our first web presence was on compuserve and sometime in 1996/1997 it moved to demon internet, then it was hosted in 1997 on its own domain name. since then bb list has grown, we have industry professionals signed up in over 100 countries. used kit is sent daily all over the globe. the principle remains the same, re-homing surplus unused gear and getting it back out there working and in a new and loving home.
