our beginning proam usa was founded in 2003 after working in the video and film industry and experiencing the challenges of using camera cranes, sliders, and other mounting equipment. following nearly a year of development, we released our first product, the world’s first camera crane that didn’t require any tools for setup. it was also the first crane that could be setup by one person – breakthroughs in camera mounting and the first in a continuing series of mounting innovations from our company. nearly 15 years later we are leading the industry in camera mounting innovation. our products are used by film and video professionals worldwide as well as by serious amateurs and many film schools. our mission our mission is to make it easy to shoot amazing video and create incredible films by manufacturing well-designed, superior quality crane and jib systems for high-end hobbyists and professional photographers and filmmakers. we believe that photos and movies uplift our lives and document
