bcc portal is an interactive form based portal to deal with issues in managing community living like complexes and flats. it designed to create unified ways to report issues and to communicate on a single platform. this platform will create synergy, accountability and responsibility on all parties involved in that complex. bcc portal has done away endless repeat emails that causes frustration and confusion as one is trying grasp what is going on. owners and tenants often does not want to take responsibility for what is happening in their community, but are quick to blame trustees and managing agents for everything that may go wrong. designed in such a way that it automatically places his responsibility on owner's shoulders to be involved. all activities are recorded and archived for future reference, this will cut out the unnecessary blame game to trustees and managing agents. on the other hand it will also record the activities of management to reference that they did attend
