business capacity development alliance(bcda) is a 501 (c) 3 non profit organization incorporated in new york state in 2019. born out of the work done by primus business management, a consulting firm with over 15 years of experience working primarily with small businesses and non profit organizations, the bcd alliance was created to support, mentor and train entrepreneurs and small business owners. we believe we are a social justice organization. social justice as it relates to the imbalance of the distribution of wealth, opportunities, and privileges within a society. we at bcd alliance are concentrating on the wealth disparages and lack of economic opportunities that plague minority communities. the research shows that there is positive correlation between business centric communities and their economic, social and civic impact. by focusing on the communities, through the businesses, we can create a self reliant system that helps to create employment opportunities and generational
