gaila erickson is the manager of professional learning for bc principals’ and vice-principals’ association. she is recognized provincially for her work in co-developing leadership standards and in developing networks that sustain leadership and learning. gaila is involved in developing program practices that make a real difference in school effectiveness. she encourages school leaders to engage in reflective dialogue about their leadership responsibilities and to focus on actions that improve student achievement and relationships with teachers. gaila is committed to developing strong learning communities through inquiry, thoughtful use of evidence, reflective dialogue and teamwork across roles and districts.
