the construction was carried out in two phases: first, the construction of 29 flats, then the remaining dwellings, shop premises and an underground car park. this block h forms part of a complex of a further four, at the centre of a residential block bordered by carrers vélez rubio, sant joan evangelista and anselm turmeda in the neighbourhood of sant roc in badalona.the block runs lengthwise from northeast to southwest, presenting 15-metre wide main façades to the motorway on one side and passeig de sant joan evangelista on the other. this layout produces a more hermetic façade that subjects a minimum surface area to traffic noise from the a-19 motorway and provides space to house the living rooms in the long open façades.
