bdi management was founded by anne-lise bollaert-davies in 2021, in response to growing need for reliable and professional business support. increasingly, people are running their own businesses. most simply do not have the resources to handle everything on their own. even within larger businesses, owners and managers are faced with mounting management and administrative needs, but have fewer full-time staff to handle everything that needs to be done. it seemed to us that businesses were being hamstrung by the small things. as charles comiskey, the american baseball player, said: “it is the inconsequential leak which empties the biggest reservoir”. anne-lise realised that her many years of experience in different organisations, as well as her qualifications in business coaching and social media marketing, gave her insights and skills which would be invaluable to business owners and managers. skills which were missing in businesses and which were the very skills necessary to plug the
