the after work run series is a series of five corporate running events with the objective to motivate as many companies and their employees as possible to exercise. over an exciting six kilometre course, thousands of both well-trained and not so well-trained colleagues give it their all. everyone is welcome, from intern to ceo, from beginner to accomplished runner. through collective training sessions and in-house coaching partner energy we want to stimulate companies to create a healthy, dynamic and challenging work environment. employees aim to defend the company's honour by collectively practising sports. in addition the after work run series provides a unique opportunity for colleagues and potential business partners to meet each other in a friendly, informal environment. the after work run series is a celebration. participants are rewarded for their physical endeavours with a fun after work run party, a great opportunity to recover from the run and catch up with colleagues. the se
