be aware productions limited is a production company founded in january 2015 by actress and director pınar öğün to create innovative performing and audio-visual art works. be aware aims to produce works of international dimension and appeal, that explore, challenge and expand the limits of the discipline in which they are produced. the first production of be aware is a short film entitled “exhibit” which has won several awards and has been selected to various festivals around the world. be aware aims to produce a performance each year. the first performance is “enough is enough”, which toured across wales in winter 2017, supported by arts council wales. be aware has been selected by chapter arts centre for their new associate artist programme, peilot. the scheme will offer three years of dedicated support to each artist and company to maximise opportunities for touring, partnership working and uk and international collaboration.
