Be Fiit 4 Life

personally, i was always overweight, even as a child. i started at rosemary conley classes because i was unwell and desperately needed to lose weight. i lost 6.5 stones (i was a size 22) and although i still struggle to keep my weight down from time to time, i am happy to say that i have now maintained my weight for twelve years and am a very happy size 12. i am now very excited to now be launching my own new business on my own as befiit 4 life with sarah. i also run chair fiit classes in the community and to ladies and gentlemen in care homes and day centres.
