bits (be innovative technology services) is a small but professional company which specializes in the sales and support of security systems. our two main product categories are security cameras and burglar alarm systems. we were originally founded in 2008 however in 2016 we found it necessary to re-brand our business with a greater emphasis on security systems. in trinidad and tobago there was a need for high quality security systems at affordable prices. at the time there were high quality systems but prices were often out of the reach of the "average" citizen or at the other end of the spectrum there were affordable systems but of sub-par quality. there was no middle ground therefore with this in mind we believed we could bridge this gap. we also realized that technology and e-commerce played in integral part in the way people shop so we also wanted to give customers the convenience of online shopping. through extensive research, testing and negotiations we were able to secure aut
