be resilient jamaica is a nonprofit organization that provides the youths of inner city communities in jamaica with the various tools that prepares and help them to build a better sense of confident, motivation, and empowerment. this in turn can boost their sense of leadership in becoming better prepared for the world of opportunities that may come their way. brj enhances the level of leadership and preparedness among these youths through programs and workshops, that are not often times offered to these individuals. in the end this will not only benefit the individuals themselves, but their community as a whole.
