my vision of wellness means showing people how “being healthy” goes beyond simply what we eat. our health is dependent on not only what we put into our bodies but into our lives as well. whether it be our relationships, career paths, or the way we view ourselves and the world around us, these choices make all of the difference in the way we feel. by making small, strategic changes within the way we live our lives, we find ourselves better prepared to handle whatever stressors life may throw our way. my goal is to help you figure out the best way to successfully make those slight adjustments and discover a better you. i received my masters in health & wellness coaching from maryland university of integrative health with a focus of health communications. i received additional certification through the institute for integrative nutrition. i am always searching for new ways to challenge myself and have recently taken on reiki training, making me a certified level ii reiki practitioner. in
