we support individuals in developing awareness of self - knowing what they want, who they are and where they want to be in life. we also assist individuals who are struggling with the challenge of getting past their fears, for example, any of the everyday fears such a lack, criticism, ill health, loss, loneliness, failure, rejection, success and the unknown (aka change). in addition, we develop and deliver programs targeted at under-represented and seldom heard community groups e.g. black minority ethnic groups. our vision is for individuals to have a resilient awareness of self and the ability to face their fears and challenges confidently and courageously, so that they can turn their challenges into triumphs. our mission is to inspire, motivate and shape self-mastery through awareness of self and fear management. clients can opt for 3, 6 and 12-month life coaching packages which include additional support via email or text. our group coaching sessions cater for groups of 3 or more an
