a consulting firm and creative agency under one roof, helping our clients in the health, education, and climate sectors create positive change. brandy svendson and natalie chan co-founded be the change consulting group inc. in 2012 to improve the communication and accessibility of population and public health sector information. in particular, they identified two major challenges in the field. first, although research in the health sector continues to advance, proponents sometimes struggle to identify appropriate mediums to disseminate knowledge and ensure public engagement. as such, while technical teams and clinicians conduct high-value research, they often find it difficult to effectively and creatively translate and communicate their knowledge to broader audiences. second, while extremely capable in communications, creative teams tasked with conveying this information often lack knowledge and deep understanding of specific public and population health issues and their target audien
