your health and well-being are most affected outside of the doctor’s office. introducing be well plus: your medical home. the mission of be well plus is to provide psychosocial nurturing to optimize total wellness. this is achieved by two methods: the mind and the body, by providing the space and activities to enrich your life. our activities are as follows: health education seminars, lifestyle education seminars, music therapy, animal therapy, dance therapy, board games, karaoke, movies, art therapy, spa services, and more! if there isn’t a scheduled activity, feel free to read a book from our library, pick up a guitar and play, or even play board games with fellow members. the be well plus patient engagement and resource center is your medical home.
