byb provides a broad range of services in itsm, it governance and communication consulting. the only final aim of all companies in the world is being and remaining profitable. this obvious statement implies the effective and efficient implementation of two complementary dimensions: governance and communication. while most of the other consulting players decided to go for one or the other domain exclusively, we chose to liaise both of them. our experience shows that many projects, management systems and governance frameworks are unsuccessful or are late to provide the expected benefits due to inappropriate communication.
