beach city av is a full-service provider of audiovisual solutions. based out of carlsbad, ca, we serve all of southern california. for over 19 years, we've been perfecting our craft and learning what our customers care about most when it comes to their audiovisual systems and the integrators who install these systems. through this journey, we also learned that a lot of av companies fail to meet these needs and consequently, created a poor reputation for the av integrator. because of this and our slight obsessiveness for customer service and excellence, we created beach city av to overcome this stigma. our mission is to deliver audiovisual solutions that bring teams together, deliver messages more effectively, and above all, create smiles. these principles guide us to accomplish this mission: • we will design and install reliable systems that are simple, easy to use and full of value. • we will be responsive, thorough and friendly in how we communicate. • we will care for our (external
