Beamlaunch

founded in 2022, beamlaunch plans to design, build, and operate high power laser array and launch facility to beam energy to in-orbit spacecraft. beam laser propulsion (blp) holds potential to achieve up to 15km/s+ delta v planetary departure speeds to launch payload to moon, mars, venus to open up the solar system. a joint venture and consortium of organisations united to found beam launch builds on 20yrs+ in electronics engineering, high power lasers, and space systems. laser thermal propulsion (ltp) holds the potential to provide more than 10x+ less cost than conventional chemical propulsion and shorten a one-way trip to mars by 2-7 months to up to 45 days, yielding 2x greater δv or departure from earth.
