bear logic fam is a record label distributed via pias (uk), an indie pr outfit, music industry consultancy and artist management company. the bears boast over 30 years experience within and throughout the global music industry and can advise and guide everyone from brand new hype machine darings to more established artists with years worth of releases and touring behind them. co-founder and managin director scott baker-marflitt has done the lot. he started out in 2001 like every environmental science graduate does - by embarking on a career in the music industry, much to his parents'​ chagrin. when the shouting died down on graduation day (he defies anyone to not take the leap when the late, great john peel gives a speech during the cermony, though) he, somehow, managed to break through the gates and arrange a meeting with the (also, sadly) late, great jazz summers and very much thriving legend, tim parry and big life management. after a three hour chat, jazz told him to "go home and f
