bear n co was formed out of the idea that digital marketing formed from strategic planning is what every business needs and deserves. the team behind bear n co have worked in print, media & digital platforms for the last 15 years. we have held roles across operations, business development, account management, marketing, creative development & sales management. these roles have allowed us to get a deep understanding of the various factors that go into running a business and creating strategies that work. we believe that working together with our clients on developing strategic plans are crucial to making any business plan a success. our primary focus is to sit at the table with clients to understand what the short and long term goals are, looking at the marketplace, understanding the competition & executing a plan that works across multiple platforms and channels. most importantly that works!
