bear soles exists to provide people with a way of understanding themselves and using this insight to help them make changes and achieve what they want from life. by using elements of neuro linguistic programming, time line therapy, hypnosis and other tools people can let go of the decisions which limit them, overcome anger, sadness, fear, hurt and guilt and define realistic goals that give their lives new direction and meaning. that's all. i work with a network of other trainers to ensure a wide geographic coverage and am currently organising a venture in gibraltar.
