my name is rebekah stott and in february 2021, i was diagnosed with stage 3 hodgkin’s lymphoma. as a fit and healthy 27-year-old elite athlete i was used to facing physical and mental challenges, but nothing could quite compare to hearing the dreaded six letter word, cancer. from the very beginning of my journey, i’ve been determined to beat it. to face each obstacle with a positive mindset and to help inspire others who might be facing a similar challenge. as i embarked on the toughest challenge of my life, i wanted to support others through blogging my journey. now, i want to take that support one step further and distribute bags filled with everything that's needed to support fellow patients through treatment and provide a little bit of comfort and organisation during a highly uncertain, scary and frantic period of one's life.
