the order of our studio name is on purpose: truly strong and healthy bodies cannot happen without us first realizing our beauty and worth in our minds. we also cannot expect quick fixes, dictated by others - we are on a life-long personal journey - and we must address all areas of our lives. simply 'working out' or 'working harder' will not help us evolve from where we are to our happier and healthier selves. we offer a holistic suite of services that encompasses the mind and body: yoga (hot, vinyasa), yogilates, qigong, positive psychology, personal/professional/leader development, and pharmacotherapy management (especially around chronic pain).
