vision: beauty behind bars is a women empowerment organization which strives in celebrating the beauty of women through skills development program, visiting unfortunate women who suffered adverse circumstances. we cater a variety of self-reflection programs such a beauty pamper ,digital literacy, life skills, spiritual arts(music, dance and drama),beauty pageants, fashion shows and children’s entertainment. mission: part of our mission is to give self – esteem back, grow their confidence again, beautify them with a beauty pamper during various workshops in prison & female shelters. our aim is to create a atmosphere of compassion, transformation of the mind which opens doorway for restoration and allows the individual to become self sustainable confident, motivated and encouraged beyond present circumstances target market: we identified with various institutions such as female prisons ,women old age homes, women shelter, women rehabilitation centers, mental hospitals and of orphanage
