i work predominantly with professionals in the health, social care and allied health public and private sector to raise their self-awareness, grow their leadership potential, confidence, and leverage their strengths, so they can thrive and excel where they are or support them through the interview process so they can move up the career ladder. i am a certified leadership development coach, speaker, trainer and mentor with the john maxwell leadership development team. i am also towards the end of a masters qualification in health care leadership. i have a proven track record of getting great results in my career at an operational and strategic level as a registered nurse in the public and private sector, i have worked my way up into senior management over the last 15 years. i have experience of coaching, training, mentoring and speaking to get results for myself, stakeholders and clients. together we can start looking at how i can help you to grow your leadership potential and m
