Bec's Fitness

my name is bec, i am 21 years old and i am currently studying to be a personal trainer/pilates instructor. i have always had a passion and interest for health and wellbeing, growing up in a very sporty lifestyle i learnt what i loved doing and with this i aspire to help others with their goals. i love to spend my time growing strength through pilates and gaining my flexibility with the flow of yoga knowing that this not only helps you physically, but it also benefits mentally. i am studying my certificate iii and iv in fitness with fit college. once completing my studies, i want to take the knowledge of what i have learnt to motivate and educate the people around me.
