marcia hollenbeck is the founder of beck cares inc, with over a decade experience as a physician liaison and sole proprietor of preferred pediatric medical centers, providing medical day care to medically-needy children (aka, prescribed pediatric extended care -- ppec). hollenbeck identified a pain point on the difficulties of finding healthcare providers for those under medicaid program. she launched beckcares.com to solve a problem for the underrepresented community and underestimated in the healthcare industry. “every child deserves care no matter their ethnicity. healthcare is a birthright. i am passionate about creating an ecosystem for children in underserved community in medicaid-eligible and ineligible populations. the quality of care has increased significantly in the underserved communities. i am deeply rooted in the community we serve.”
