Becomings

it is my sense that we become who we are through the raveling and unraveling of our relationships and lives with each other. depending upon the quality of our lived experience with others and the impact of both the life affirming events and the injustices in life - our sense of wholeness is nurtured, disrupted or oppressed at different times. in this way we go on becoming who we are throughout our whole life. so there is always the chance to do something differently, restore balance, grow, heal, grieve, find justice, let go or celebrate. even when our sense of wholeness is torn apart or radically altered through loss, abuses of power and the fracturing of our meaningful relationships. or through trauma, being dispossessed of a place of community, or the loss of some other kind of belonging - there may still be the possibility of finding a way forward. psychotherapy and facilitated processes offer ways to explore these possibilities... please email for more details or call to arrange an
