i am a professional counsellor, coach and personal development educator. i offer my services to individuals, groups and organisations. my approach to my work is predominantly informed by transactional analysis theory & philosophy. transactional analysis is a model for understanding human behaviour, communication and relationships. it was originally developed in the 1950s by the late eric berne, md. the theory of ta, looks at the structure of personality; transactions, the way we relate to others; time structuring; the psychological “games” we play; and life scripts. i use ta to help people better understand their relationship with themselves and others. my core values personal integrity is about people understanding how they are feeling, defining their boundaries, making choices and decisions that can better support themselves and their needs. personal responsibility is about people taking action that supports their personal integrity. it’s about people taking responsibility a
