beefull has launched uae’s first researched self-regulation and mindfulness program for schools. while a school curriculum builds a child’s iq (intelligence quotient), we build a child’s eq (emotional quotient). we aim to support parents and educators who ant to raise resilient children our mission is to help people embrace mindful living through our curriculum, workshops and merchandise. with beefull, each individual will learn life skills to be resilient during tough times through neuropsychology atomic habits and coping mechanisms.
