"since opening as the bootcamp effect in 2010, we’ve evolved into something much, much more than just a bootcamp. we took the best of what a bootcamp was, took it indoors, and created the most positive fitness environment you will ever experience. in 2017, we felt our name didn’t depict the level of training, service, and experience our members received, so we rebranded to befit. befit is where you receive that personal training experience at an affordable group fitness rate. our sessions go above and beyond what is seen in typical group training and resemble personal training workouts with the fantastic energy of a group setting being led by highly skilled personal training coaches. our 4800 square foot gym has everything to fit the needs of creating amazing client results, an artificial turf for sled work, kettlebells, trx, barbells, dumbbells, medicine balls, battle ropes, bands, a pullup rig, and many more functional implements that are varied, fun, and challenging.. we even h
