Be Free Community

this is a community of seekers of the soul and heart. those who know that there's more to life; more freedom, more love, more vibrancy and more juiciness, just waiting around the corner! this community is to serve two main purposes. one, to share all the tools, practices, the wisdom and knowledge antosh, nina and our guest-speakers have accumulated over our own spiritual and self healing journey. we are also going to present regular challenge series to present some awesome practices, from yoga, breathwork, stress management and fostering loving relationships, in and out of the bedroom. two, to create a supportive, nurturing environment for seekers to come together, interact, play, share their wins and their challenges. we want to seed the power of connection and access the collective minds and experiences of all of us. we feel everyone is their best guru, healer, lover, and we want to unlock that potential within you!
