bryan & catherine williamson are husband & wife designers, renovators, and entrepreneurs based in columbus, oh. their journey unexpectedly began in 2013 when they decided to leave nyc in search of a better quality of life. they moved to columbus and bought our first home, dabbled in diy, design and renovation, and quickly realized that they love working together. since then, they've designed & renovated dozens of spaces for clients and their own investment properties, quit their day jobs, launched a vacation rental brand called the village host, and started a boutique interior design studio called mix design collective. they share their work, life, and adventures on beginning in the middle.
