behavior learning network was founded in 2013 in southern california to help meet the growing need for quality behavior intervention services for individuals with autism spectrum disorder. bln provides one-to-one services in the home, community or school setting as well as assessments and consultation services. bln is contracted with several insurance agencies, school districts and vendorized with california regional centers to provide direct and consultation services. bln is directed by dr. gregory m. elsky, a licensed marriage and family therapist (lmft) and board certified behavior analyst-doctorate (bcba-d). since 1995, dr. elsky has provided behavioral intervention for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. he has studied/trained under some of the leading experts in the field of applied behavior analysis (aba) including dr. o. ivaar lovaas, dr. gary w. lavigna, and dr. thomas j. willis. as an active member of the california aba community, dr. elsky has serve
