we partner with people in setting achievable goals, changing behaviors they would like to change, changing the way they think about situations they would like to change and then hold them accountable to their desired goals. we specialize in using a skills building perspective when assisting our clients with a variety of sexual issues, phobias (non-clinical definition), anxiety, habits they want to change, and many others behaviors they would like to change. while we do not provide mental health counseling we do use the bio-psycho-social model of treatment with our clients. albert pike once wrote, "what we do for ourselves dies with us. what we do for others and the world, remains and is immortal." with this in mind, at behavioral life coaching, llc our goal is to become immortal.
