Behind the Scenes

behind the scenes is a non-profit organization that educates disadvantaged youth about front office and behind the scene careers in sports, entertainment, arts, and technology. we partner with high school’s to train students on behind the scenes careers. for an example in sports, they will get introduced to writing sports articles/columns, filming, reporting, broadcasting, interviewing, game statistics, etc…. in the entertainment field, there are a vast number of career opportunities that our students have no idea exist. they will get introduced to writing, producing, a&r, talent search, etc… in the arts field, students will be introduced to graphic design, drawing/painting, blueprints, etc… in the technology field, students will be introduced to coding, creating apps and websites, etc… when they can’t be on the front lines of these careers like an actor in a major motion picture or their music career didn’t work out, we are there to introduce them to other opportunities in that busine
