bts is dedicated to bringing “studio” level knowledge and efficiencies to small and mid-sized film, tv and other media producers, while providing outsourcing solutions to larger producers. our primary service is to provide optimal up-front financial structuring, and to efficiently obtain all applicable canadian government certifications and tax credits. we provide this service either "a la carte", or as part of a greater package of business and legal affairs services, including arranging and managing interim financing deals. we also offer customized solutions, including financial and profit participation reporting, residuals/royalties analysis and reporting, rights analysis and management, and ancillary revenue collections including retransmission royalties, blank tape levies and music publishing royalties.
