tired of one-size-fits-all approaches to dieting? drained from toxic relationships? overwhelmed by stress at work? fed up with those nagging cravings? want to feel great in your body? ready to accomplish your goals in a way that’s empowering and exciting? if you answered yes! to any of those questions, then the beingwhole journey may be for you! the beingwhole journey is a 6-month program to help you become whole—physically, mentally, spiritually, and emotionally. i come alongside women who have gone through loss, disappointment, and/or unmet expectations and help them achieve their health and wellness goals. whether you are grieving a loss, tired of the daily grind, healing from emotional eating this program is for you! with grief comes weight gain, at least that’s what it was for me. in the beingwhole journey, i want to help you reach your goals whether its goal is to heal your relationship with food, get rid of stubborn fat (we’ve all been there!), or regain mobility in you
