i have dedicated much of my life to helping people move towards peace and fulfillment and away from stress, grief and suffering. for many years, i was an entrepreneur, helping other people become empowered and financially stable. coaching is a supportive process meant to move you from a stressful life to one of joy, empowerment and self-awareness. you typically speak to your coach on the phone, about once a week or every two weeks. coaches have experience in helping people become aware of what is most important for them and encouraging them to take action in their own highest good.
