we at believe elite athletic training strongly feel that every young athlete that comes through our doors has the potential to be elite in his/her sport. our focus is toward the development of high school and college athletes. we stress the importance of building a strong foundation for our athletes through; proper weight training technique, athletic conditioning, tailored routines for their sport, and most importantly nutritional coaching. the athletes of b.e.a.t. take each workout as a competitive challenge and strive to “beat the week!” that is our motto, when we open our doors. every athlete is given the opportunity to get better, stronger, and bigger each week. if they choose to follow the coaching at b.e.a.t. their goals will become a reality over time and they will believe in themselves when their season starts. the elite athlete works harder than their competition. they know that the hard work pays off and that with consistency, discipline, and patience they will become the bes
