what do we do? we are a small group fitness studio who offer indoor cycling, zumba, kettlebell, barbell & dumbbell, hiit and tabata classes, including personal training. have you ever wondered how to lift correctly or maybe wondered how to use any of these items or need that extra push to get through a high caloric burning workout in a short amount of time? well look no farther, this is exactly what we do. you work at your pace. we are here to put you through a workout meant for you, even if you have low back, knee or shoulder problems. you have to start somewhere, right!?!? sitting only makes matters worse. we are here to help and will give modifications so you can become stronger and build strength so you can walk away from those problem areas.
