professional and personal development coaching. a little about me... hi, i'm lyndsey j strand cpc business and personal development coach here at believe network. prior to becoming a coach in 2008, i spent 20 years in sales and business management and by and large it wasn't for me! despite being good at it and seemingly “successful”, i felt totally stressed out, unfulfilled and plain stuck in life. so when my company shifted their business ventures i found myself with a lot of time on my hands. it was somewhat useful, but it just increased my intense desire to change my circumstances rather than just tinkering at the edges trying to make do. that's when i decided to do what i love to do and that is to help people. i also decided that there was no real community out there that catered to coaching with all the different niches' including alternative therapies as well and that is how believe network was founded. my coaching methods is quit simple, you have a vast amount of know
