bellan is a new non-profit performing arts organization based in durham. our mission is to create groundbreaking, multi-genre artistic collaborations among emerging and master choreographers, musicians, and artists. as a performance company, we showcase emerging and world-renowned artists in the fields of dance, music, poetry, theatre and fine arts. as a training facility, we nurture young talent and enable veteran dancers to push their training to new heights. as an educational organization, we teach the fundamentals of dance and enable community members to discover and pursue a passion for the arts.
