bellevue's first and only locally-owned craft brewery specializing in small-batch, handcrafted ales and lagers. we will be brewing on a 20bbl brewhouse with 160bbls of cellar capacity and 80bbls of bright tank capacity. our goal is to showcase the wonderful flavors and ingredients of washington with local food, wine, cider, and brewing ingredients...keeping it local is good business. this company was formed on january 26, 2010 to bring the first and only locally-owned craft brewery to bellevue and brew the finest, world-class ales and lagers. a big part of the bbc will be supporting local charities, especially organizations dedicated to helping children. a portion of every dollar spent at the bbc and all net proceeds from special events will go toward giving a needy child in our community a helping hand regarding personal safety, healthcare, education, and opportunity. other fun and charitable activities plus many opportunities to get involved in the local community will be offered thr
