we offer a different way of accessing emotional support. our experienced team of music therapists are allied health professionals and all hcpc registered. our mission we support people who are disadvantaged through illness, disability, social isolation, trauma or suffering from mental health difficulties which make everyday life a challenge. our work builds emotional resilience, increases self-esteem and connection with others, thereby strengthening relationships and enabling a better quality of life. we create improvised music with our clients using instruments and voices in a safe, therapeutic setting. no musical experience is necessary. this active music making allows clients to connect with their mind and body without the pressure to talk. our therapists have a range of specialisms including neurological music therapy, vocal psychotherapy and music and mindfulness. during the pandemic we developed over 40 free video resources to support wellbeing through music, these are fre
